What You'll Be Doing- Visit multiple aggregate operations to gain exposure to quarry, plant, and production processes.
- Support operational improvement projects focused on safety, efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Collect, analyze, and present operational data to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality control, and leadership teams on site-based initiatives.
- Participate in field inspections, project work, and continuous improvement activities across the region.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated interest in industrial operations, manufacturing, mining, construction materials, or related environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and locations.
- Willingness and ability to travel to multiple aggregate sites and work in a dynamic field environment.
- This internship involves hands‑on experience at active aggregate mining sites. Interns should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and navigating rugged terrain and heavy equipment areas.
- $23.00/hr - $27.00/hr
