Position Summary:Processing Team Associates are responsible for preparing incoming merchandise for the sales floor. This includes unloading pallets, inspecting and testing products, pricing items, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Attention to detail and efficiency are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Unload incoming shipments and move pallets using pallet jacks.
- Inspect and test merchandise for quality, completeness, and functionality.
- Accurately price items according to category and condition standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the processing facility and surrounding pallet yard.
- Assist with general warehouse organization and upkeep.
- Follow safety protocols and communicate any equipment or product issues to management.
- Support teammates as needed to ensure consistent product flow to the sales floor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Pallet jack experience preferred but not required.
- Prior warehouse or processing experience a plus.
Variable hours based on truck deliveries and operational needs; may include some weekends or evenings.
