** What You'll Be Doing
*** Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to grow aggregate sales and market share.
* Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
* Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
* Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities.
* Prepare sales forecasts, manage customer accounts, and maintain accurate sales records.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to build trusted customer relationships and drive business growth.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
* Business acumen with the ability to analyze market conditions and identify opportunities.
* Proficiency with CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
** Work Environment
*** Regular travel within the assigned territory to visit customers, job sites, and company locations.
* Combination of office, field, and customer-facing work environments.
* Collaborative team setting with a focus on safety, customer service, and continuous improvement.

*** Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan.
