This role performs a wide range of exterior painting and basic facility maintenance tasks, including hand painting, rolling, and airless spray application. You prepare surfaces by cleaning and wiping down walls, complete pressure washing as needed, and support general building upkeep to ensure clean, well-maintained facilities.

• Perform exterior painting using hand painting, hand rolling, and airless spray systems.
• Complete industrial painting tasks with spray guns and other appropriate equipment.
• Carry out paint preparation activities, including cleaning and wiping down walls and work surfaces before painting.
• Conduct pressure washing of exterior surfaces as required prior to painting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout and after each project.
• Support general facilities and building maintenance activities as needed, including minor carpentry, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related tasks.
• Perform routine facility repairs to keep buildings and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and proper use of tools and equipment for painting and maintenance work.
• Drive a company-provided vehicle safely across the assigned territory while maintaining a clear driving record.
• Coordinate daily tasks to complete approximately 40 hours of work per week within agreed scheduling guidelines.

• Hands-on experience with exterior painting, including hand painting and hand rolling.
• Proficiency using airless spray systems and spray guns for industrial painting.
• Knowledge of paint preparation techniques, including surface cleaning and wall wipe-downs.
• Ability to perform pressure washing safely and effectively.
• Experience in facilities and building maintenance, including general repair work.
• Basic skills in carpentry, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC support.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clear motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Ability to work full-time hours, generally around 40 hours per week.
• Capability to work primarily outdoors across multiple locations.

• Experience in industrial painting environments.
• Past in facility maintenance or building maintenance roles.
• Comfort working with a variety of tools and equipment supplied on-site.
• Ability to manage time effectively with some scheduling flexibility.
• Strong attention to detail to produce consistent, high-quality painting finishes.
• Reliability and self-motivation to work independently across a defined territory.

You receive the use of a company vehicle and fuel card, reducing commuting and travel costs while supporting your work across the territory. All tools are provided, allowing you to focus on your craft rather than purchasing equipment. The role offers a stable, full-time schedule with some flexibility in hours, creating a balance between dependable work and personal time.

This position is primarily outdoors, working across a defined territory that includes areas such as Pelion, Blythewood, Garner's Ferry, and Peak/Ballentine. You typically work around 40 hours per week, with most days scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and some flexibility in start and end times as needed. You use company-provided tools and equipment, including airless spray systems, spray guns, and pressure washing equipment, while driving a company vehicle between job sites.

The environment involves hands-on, physical work in varying weather conditions and requires adherence to safety practices appropriate for exterior painting and facility maintenance.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, SC.

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $41600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
