Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Multi-Craft)

Shift: Full-Time, Hourly | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $29.86 - $38.73/hour

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 ($1,000 after 30 days, $1,000 after 6 months)

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Multi-Craft) to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong experience with industrial equipment, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and preventive maintenance.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding repairs.
• Install and maintain motors, conveyors, drives, PLC-related components, and electrical systems.
• Fabricate and repair parts using machine shop equipment and hand tools.
• Conduct equipment inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance.
• Support plant startups and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Complete maintenance work orders and documentation using computer systems.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, pipe fitting, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints, maintenance manuals, and safety procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be available for any shift as needed.

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying temperatures.
• Comfortable working around moving machinery, electrical systems, and industrial equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, SC.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
