In this position you will perform the following duties:

• Monitor client adherence to schedule and facility guidelines.
• Report community activity to Nurse Supervisor and be responsible for documenting any unusual activity or behaviors.
• You will work, under direction of Nurse Supervisor, as part of team to maintain and promote therapeutic environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or needed

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Current certification as Nursing Assistant.
• Valid drivers license with good driving record.

• Current CPR certification preferred.
