SUMMARY
The Vehicle Operator/Courier drives vehicle to transport personnel, laboratory specimens, charts, medical and office supplies and equipment, laundry, building materials, furniture and fixtures, trash and similar materials to various locations including all Clinic locations, hospitals and other destinations as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSFormal training which will probably be indicated by a high school diploma or equivalent; ability to deal effectively with others and to work effectively in situations of high or moderate stress and tight deadlines; ability to interrupt work to deal with problems; valid State driver’s license and outstanding driving record.
PHYSICAL GUIDELINESPhysical guidelines include the ability to move traverse, position self, remain in a stationary position and negotiate steps and drive continually for up to eight hours per day; ability to distinguish colors; ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
