Salary Range: $28,000-$38,000 Depending on Experience

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing inventory, order fulfillment, inventory management, equipment handling, supplier coordinating, supporting field technicians, and maintaining the warehouse/yard. • Excel at keeping inventory organized and ensuring accuracy in stock management
• Can quickly find solutions for inventory shortages or workflow disruptions
• Comfortable lifting and moving plumbing supplies like pipes, fittings, and water heaters
• Thrive in maintaining an efficient warehouse, ensuring supplies are easy to locate
• Work well with plumbers, suppliers, and warehouse staff to streamline operations
• Can handle a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and urgent requests
• Take ownership of their responsibilities, ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly without constant supervision

• Prior experience in stocking, organizing, and managing inventory in a warehouse setting
• Familiarity with plumbing parts, fittings, and tools to assist technicians effectively
• Experience pulling, packing, and preparing plumbing supplies for delivery or technician use
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely
• Experience tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate records
• Background in working with vendors to place orders and verify deliveries
• Experience working alongside plumbers, warehouse staff, and suppliers to streamline operations
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices to ensure a secure safe work environment

• Unload shipments, checking product quality, and stocking shelves with plumbing materials
• Pulling and preparing plumbing parts for technicians or customers, ensuring accuracy in orders
• Tracking stock levels, restocking items, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse
• Using forklifts or pallet jacks to move heavy plumbing supplies, such as pipes and water heaters
• Communicate with vendors to place orders and verify deliveries
• Ensuring plumbers have the necessary tools and materials for their jobs
• Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and compliant with company standards
