Acts as a role model and train/mentor for multiple front-of-house cashiers in a team-based environment;
Trains/mentors 3-5 FOH employees and provides positives direction and performance feedback;
Oversees and assists all FOH employees to complete the FOH checklists by each shifts end;
Provides exceptional customer service and resolves minor customer issues at a workstation or in the dining room;
Maintains expert knowledge of the Micros ordering system and properly processes customer orders
