Job DescriptionThe Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication across cross‑functional teams. This role works closely with Project Managers, Project Engineering, Contractors, Operations, Supply Chain, and external vendors to help deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Support Project Managers in planning and executing projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Maintain project schedules, action logs, risk registers, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross‑functional meetings, document minutes, and track follow‑up actions.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; escalate risks or delays as needed.
- Assist with purchase order tracking, capital documentation, and change management records.
- Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and external vendors.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and properly archived.
- Support new product introduction (NPI), capacity growth, and process improvement initiatives.
- Help standardize project management tools, templates, and reporting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–5 years of experience in a project coordination, project engineering, or operations support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced manufacturing or technical environment.
- Experience supporting capital projects, equipment installations, or manufacturing initiatives.
- Familiarity with NPI, stage‑gate processes, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Exposure to ERP systems, Power BI, or project management software.
- Attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with comfort tracking schedules, costs, and actions.
- Proactive problem identification and escalation.
- Collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
- Works to achieve operational, functional, and/or business targets within job area with indirect impact on departmental or job family results, using basic technical principles.
- Entry‑level technical contributor; follows standard processes and works under supervision.
- Failure to achieve results typically requires allocation of additional resources and may result in additional financial expense.
- Work is defined by others within smaller, less complex projects/assignments and generally more limited in scope.
- Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation in order to reach agreement.
- May be responsible for contributing to recommended enhancements in technical/business systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness within job area.
- Problems are routine, drawing from standard procedures and basic analysis, but may require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.

- Requires understanding of basic context of technical and business environment, typically obtained through advanced education; may have limited to no experience.
