Job Description
The Sr Project Coordinator leads the coordination and execution of manufacturing capital projects, supporting and working alongside Project Managers and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role is crucial in project governance, contractor coordination, and cross‑functional alignment from design through installation and ramp‑up. It is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role with ownership of project tracking, timelines, and communication across multiple large‑scale initiatives.
Responsibilities- Coordinate efforts across multiple capital projects and sub‑projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across engineering and operations teams.
- Partner with Project Managers and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure successful project execution from design through installation and ramp‑up.
- Track progress, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution and escalation.
- Own project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Manage RFQs, vendor selection, and contractor coordination.
- Ensure alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and external contractors.
- Facilitate project meetings, drive accountability, and keep teams on track.
- Support equipment installation and expansion initiatives within the plant.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or manufacturing/industrial projects.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build trackers, budgets, and project reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of project timelines, budgets, and execution.
- Experience managing or supporting capital projects, preferably in the multi‑million‑dollar range.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional coordination.
- Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is beneficial.
- Previous experience in construction, industrial engineering, or equipment installation.
- Exposure to Lean or process improvement concepts.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85,000.00 – $ per year.
