Assist with delivering and/or coordinating IPC J-STD training and/or supporting the welding department training conjunction with the Quality Department, coordinate and/or deliver quality procedures training requirements for all areas of the manufacturing floor and offices as appropriate.
Support facility compliance with ISO 9001 training requirements.
Other duties as assigned. Experience/
Skills:
2+ years’ experience providing training (formal and OJT) in a manufacturing or commercial environment.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as IPC J-STD and ISO 9001. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with LMS (learning management system) administration preferred.
Strong attention to detail, planning, organization skills. Proven problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational/technical training or a combination of post-secondary training and experience equivalent to 2 years.
