Pay: $19.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

• Operates machine and instructs line help to safely meet production, customer, and company goals and requirements.
• Supports company core values, participates in a safe work environment, and completes observations.
• Reads and understands a production order.
• Meets company productivity requirements.
• Meets company and customer quality requirements.
• Uses forklift, crane, and manual handling of materials, and completes proper documentation for materials produced.
• Can read tape measurements.
• Communicates effectively with team, supervisor, and management.
• Maintains promotability to Operator II and Operator III.
• Stands and walks 8 to 12 hours daily.
• Repetitively climbs on and off equipment and ladders.
• Works in varying and extreme outdoor conditions (hot, cold, rain, shine).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a related area.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Experience with forklift, bander, nail gun, overhead crane, saws, and various pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
