Line Attendant USLIAATT

Responsibilities

• Will complete appropriate paperwork when needed including necessary checklist
• Receives verbal or written instructions from the supervisor or line operator
• Assist line operator by installing and removing tooling in the extruders, setting concentricity and installing proper reinforcement, etc.
• Assist in line start up, monitor all extruder controls during production and maintain feed stock continuously
• Hand pan hose on pans and constantly inspect hose for defects
• Sling large pans on the line
• Assist in any other area on line start up as needed and also in line shutdown. Will report any irregularities in equipment to supervisor and line operator
• Observe all safety rules and report any unsafe working condition to the Supervisor or other appropriate personnel
• Follow all company regulations and procedures
• Assist in yarn rewind
• Assist in training as needed
• And anything else that is necessary
