Operate MIG welding equipment to weld structural steel components including frames, rafters, pipes, and small parts;
Read blueprints and tape measures to shop standards and verify dimensions;
Adjust welding parameters (gun speed, travel, gas flow) to maintain bead quality;
Operate overhead crane and other lifting equipment as needed to position parts;
Maintain accurate bead shape, size, and penetrations and ensure quality of finished welds
