Job Title

Will complete appropriate paperwork when needed including necessary checklist. Receives verbal or written instructions from the supervisor or line operator. Assist line operator by installing and removing tooling in the extruders, setting concentricity and installing proper reinforcement, etc. Assist in line start up, monitor all extruder controls during production and maintain feed stock continuously. Hand pan hose on pans and constantly inspect hose for defects.

Sling large pans on the line. Assist in any other area on line start up as needed and also in line shutdown. Will report any irregularities in equipment to supervisor & line operator. Observe all safety rules and report any unsafe working condition to the Supervisor or other appropriate personnel. Follow all company regulations and procedures. Assist in yarn rewind.

Assist in training as needed. And anything else that is necessary.
