Job Summary
Join our production staff as skilled laborers, performing general manual tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials.
Responsibilities- Secure leads on unit to protect from varnish.
- Use hoists and power lift trucks to move units.
- Use sanding equipment to remove excess varnish.
- Make general decisions as to setup sequences and process monitoring.
- Exercise good housekeeping in the work area.
- Observe good safety practices in performance of job.
- Perform daily/weekly TPM tasks and complete check sheets.
- Perform other job duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 0–2 years of experience in the field or related area.
- Knowledge of commonly‑used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Ability to read and write, follow written process instructions, and record information as required.
- Work under immediate supervision; primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
First shift (United States of America) 7:00am – 3:30pm (35hours; paid for 40hours + 5% shift premium).
Second shift 3:30pm – 10:30pm.
Third shift 10:30pm – 7:00am (10% shift premium).
Starting pay $24.92 + sign‑on bonus; production starting rates $21.20, increase every 3months with a top‑out in 12months.
