Overview

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Briarwood Community Living Center – Full Time, 7am – 3pm. Join our team dedicated to compassionate care.

• Conduct regular direct care rounds on assigned unit to monitor activity and ensure residents’ needs are met.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and patients.
• Notify Charge Nurse of any resident or patient change in condition.
• Obtain vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed by Charge Nurse.
• Complete all assigned duties and documentation as required.
• Coordinate and prepare for new admissions, transfers, and discharge of residents in the Transitional Care Unit.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area, ensuring infection prevention and control practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Minimum 0 years of experience or above.
