Full-time, three 12-hour shifts starting at 5am;
Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Pay ranges from $34-$42 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience

What You Can Expect:

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and supplies; ensure quality standards
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
• Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
• Monitor patients during dialysis; assess and communicate changes with physician and families
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
• Document required patient education efforts
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance
• Lead a small patient care team
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
• Additional tasks as requested

• Accredited nursing degree required
• Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available
• DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training
