ScheduleFull-time, three 12-hour shifts starting at 5am;
Sundays off; no overnight shifts
Pay ranges from $34-$42 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience

What You Can Expect:
- Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and supplies; ensure quality standards
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis; assess and communicate changes with physician and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
- Additional tasks as requested
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated clinical excellence
- Desire to collaborate with care teams
- Ability to problem solve
- Accredited nursing degree required
- Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available
- DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training
