Auditor - 1st Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, hard‑working individuals to join our production staff as skilled labor.

Starting Pay
: $24.43 (1st shift) + sign‑on bonus, $20.78 (other shifts). Pay increases every 3 months with a top‑out after 12 months.

• 1st shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm (35hr, paid for 40hr + 5% shift premium)
• 2nd shift: 3:30pm – 10:30pm
• 3rd shift: 10:30pm – 7:00am (10% shift premium)

Develops, plans, and troubleshoots solutions to quality or performance problems while incorporating training, seminars, and developing technologies, providing technical assistance.

• Develop, plan, and recommend workable solutions to quality or performance problems.
• Concentrate on troubleshooting of problems
• Think abstractly, considering multiple factors to arrive at solutions.
• Incorporate training, seminars, and developing technologies into auditing and problem solving.
• Perform inspections of assembled generators and components in all departments to detect and report nonconformances.
• Perform failure analysis of warranty returns, customer complaints, and in‑house test failures.
• Provide technical assistance to production and quality assurance functions.
• Maintain good housekeeping and observe safety practices.

• Read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of electro‑mechanical, electronic, and electrical systems.

High School Diploma or GED required.
