Artemis Solutions is recruiting for a Senior Audit Accountant/Audit Manager to join a well-established and growing public accounting practice serving a diverse client base that includes privately held businesses, nonprofit organizations, and governmental entities.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Audit Manager —
or a strong Senior Audit Accountant who has gained some hands-on management, supervisory, or engagement-lead experience and is ready to take the next step. Senior Audit Accountants with light manager-level experience are highly encouraged to apply.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead engagements from beginning to end, mentor and develop audit professionals, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and work closely with firm leadership as the assurance practice continues to grow.

• Planning, supervising, and managing assurance and attestation engagements from start to finish
• Reviewing audit work papers, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and compliance
• Managing multiple client engagements while maintaining deadlines and exceptional service
• Developing strong client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor
• Supervising, mentoring, coaching, and developing audit staff and senior accountants
• Providing training and meaningful performance feedback to team members
• Researching and applying accounting and auditing standards to complex client situations
• Collaborating with firm leadership to improve audit processes and enhance client service
• Supporting business development efforts and the continued growth of the assurance practice

• Experienced in public accounting with meaningful audit or assurance experience
• Comfortable leading engagements and providing direction to other team members
• Confident managing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines
• Highly analytical with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• An excellent communicator who enjoys working directly with clients
• A collaborative leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
• Knowledgeable in auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Committed to teamwork, leadership, and exceptional client service
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA license required for the traditional Audit Manager profile
• Strong Senior Audit Accountants who have begun supervising staff, leading engagements, or handling manager-level responsibilities are highly encouraged to apply and have a conversation with us about fit
