Job SummaryThe STEPS Administrative Assistant will provide flexible support to the Compensation PAR Processing team and Employee Records team within the Human Resources department. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage a shared email inbox, combine and organize received documents, and upload documents into the employee records system.
Additional duties may include, but are not limited to:- Alphabetizing and filing documents
- Preparing and scanning materials for digital records
- Retrieving employee record information as needed
- Assisting with the No For Rehire process
- Supporting Verifications of Employment ( VOE )
- Compiling informational packets
- Sending faxes
- Making copies
- Other administrative support duties as assigned
