Job Summary
The STEPS Executive Receptionist is a highly visible role responsible for creating an exceptional first impression through professional, polished, and welcoming front-office support.
Key Qualities & Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, communications, and front-office operations with efficiency and discretion
- Deliver exceptional customer service through professional, courteous, and welcoming interactions
- Exercise sound judgment, diplomacy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters
- Maintain a polished, organized, and professional office environment
- Support executive operations as needed with exceptional attention to detail, dependability, and professionalism
