As the company continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent who enjoys taking ownership of projects, leading subcontractors, building relationships with homeowners, and delivering beautiful custom homes from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.

• Manage multiple residential construction projects from groundbreaking through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and keep projects moving on schedule.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring milestones are met.
• Serve as the primary field contact for homeowners throughout construction.
• Read and interpret architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and cabinet plans.
• Coordinate material deliveries and work closely with vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout each phase of construction and complete final punch lists.
• Document project progress using Company Cam and maintain accurate jobsite records.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, inspectors, suppliers, and internal team members.

• Residential Construction Superintendent, Residential Project Manager, or similar leadership experience
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret residential construction plans and specifications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Valid driver's license

• 5+ years of residential construction experience
• Experience managing multiple custom home projects simultaneously
• Experience working directly with homeowners
• Familiarity with Company Cam or similar construction management software

$60,000–$80,000 annually (based on experience)
