Adams Construction Company is seeking a hard‑working Laborer to join our road construction team in Virginia. Working under the supervision of a superintendent, you will perform manual and semi‑skilled tasks related to road building and equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities include surface prep, asphalt application, joint finishing, tool operation, and site cleanup. You will also assist with traffic control and loader/delivery coordination, with overtime and weekend work possible as projects
