As a Health Services Concierge, you will be the first welcoming presence for residents, families, and visitors. Your attentiveness helps set the tone for a calm, person-centered care experience rooted in hospitality and compassion.
What You Will DoGreet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently while providing helpful, accurate information
Assist with resident mobility needs, including occasional wheelchair transport
Coordinate and maintain hydration stations and refreshment areas
Monitor and maintain clean, calm, and welcoming public spaces such as the lobby, porch, and Sunroom
Help with resident support tasks such as appointment reminders, redirection, and escorting
Observe and report on resident well‑being and environmental conditions
Support Life Enrichment, Culinary, and Nursing departments as needed
Complete light clerical work including mail distribution, recordkeeping, and supply tracking
Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and company policies
Perform additional duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of office or customer service experience
Professional demeanor and polished appearance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and Matrix Care (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
CPR and First Aid certification required upon hire
Flexibility to work weekends and adjust schedule as needed
