7 AM to 7 PM | 4 days a week | Every other weekend off

As a Health Services Concierge, you will be the first welcoming presence for residents, families, and visitors. Your attentiveness helps set the tone for a calm, person-centered care experience rooted in hospitality and compassion.

What You Will Do
  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth

  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently while providing helpful, accurate information

  • Assist with resident mobility needs, including occasional wheelchair transport

  • Coordinate and maintain hydration stations and refreshment areas

  • Monitor and maintain clean, calm, and welcoming public spaces such as the lobby, porch, and Sunroom

  • Help with resident support tasks such as appointment reminders, redirection, and escorting

  • Observe and report on resident well‑being and environmental conditions

  • Support Life Enrichment, Culinary, and Nursing departments as needed

  • Complete light clerical work including mail distribution, recordkeeping, and supply tracking

  • Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and company policies

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least two years of office or customer service experience

  • Professional demeanor and polished appearance

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and Matrix Care (preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • CPR and First Aid certification required upon hire

  • Flexibility to work weekends and adjust schedule as needed
