About the Role

As the Test Engineering Manager
, you’ll take ownership of test operations within a world-class engineering lab environment. You’ll oversee a talented team of technicians, guide the design and maintenance of test equipment, and ensure product performance testing meets rigorous quality standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a strong focus on problem‑solving, innovation, and continuous improvement within the lab environment.

Projects You’ll Work On
  • Leading testing operations for cutting‑edge data center cooling and HVAC technologies.
  • Designing and maintaining laboratory setups to ensure accurate, safe, and efficient testing processes.
  • Implementing engineering principles to achieve precise temperature, pressure, and flow conditions.
  • Collaborating with manufacturing engineering to align infrastructure capabilities with testing requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and improving lab equipment, from data acquisition systems to calibration protocols.
  • Researching and integrating new lab technologies that enhance testing capabilities and efficiency.
  • Standardizing test setups and documentation to improve repeatability and data accuracy.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of quality documentation (MSA, NCARs, Work Instructions).
What Experience You Should Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in quality or test engineering, ideally in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of LabVIEW and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proven track record in managing test operations, troubleshooting complex systems, and mentoring technical staff.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to engineering and leadership teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality.
