This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance with Virginia state vehicle safety regulations at our various locations. This position demands a detail-oriented professional capable of consistently applying safety principles and effectively communicating findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed safety inspections and audits of facilities and operations to ensure compliance with state and federal safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation compatible with Virginia's safety compliance requirements.
• Identify potential risks and non-compliance issues during inspections and provide feasible recommendations for corrective actions.
• Educate and train staff on the latest safety protocols and state regulations to foster a culture of safety.
• Engage regularly with management to discuss safety findings and follow up on implementation of safety measures.
• Stay informed about new safety regulations and standards within Virginia and incorporate this knowledge into inspection protocols.
