Internship Responsibilities- Work under the supervision of a department leader or designee to complete assigned duties.
- Assist with operational, administrative or professional tasks aligned with department needs and the intern’s academic program.
- Observe, document, and communicate work progress, findings, or issues to the supervising leader or team.
- Interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization using appropriate communication methods.
- Participate in staff meetings, project meetings, and interdisciplinary discussions as requested.
- Proactively seek out learning opportunities, manage time effectively, and appropriately prioritize assignments.
- Follow all organizational policies, procedures, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements.
The Cardiology Clinic Technician performs medical services under the direction of the manager of the clinic, in addition to preparing and monitoring the patient.
QualificationsEducation:
Two years of High School required.
Experience:
None required.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration/Life Support:
May be required to obtain/maintain BLS.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, and listening skills. Manual dexterity and visual perception. Job requires good hearing, clear understandable speech, and good finger dexterity.
