Shift Primarily days, with core hours from 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Weekend and evening hours may be required as workload demands.

Responsibilities

UK Health Care Talent Acquisition are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our rapidly growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact as we expand and evolve our recruitment capabilities. You will help grow high-performing teams, partner with leadership to implement enterprise strategies, and help shape the future of talent acquisition for one of the region’s leading healthcare organizations.

Lead and elevate a high performing Talent Acquisition team supporting nursing, allied health, and sourcing. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, set clear priorities, optimize workflows, and mentor recruiters to deliver an exceptional, equitable candidate experience. Partner with TA leadership to execute enterprise recruitment strategies that improve time to fill and build strong pipelines, acting as a change agent for best practices and innovation.

Leverage data and dashboards to monitor funnel health, quality of hire, and team performance—translating insights into action. Champion coaching and accountability frameworks that promote continuous learning, process compliance, and results. Drive continuous improvement across processes, technology, and engagement tactics, and contribute to organizational growth initiatives and special projects.

  • Experience in healthcare recruitment or large-scale organizational talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and change management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience managing recruiters in a high-volume or complex environment.
