• Conduct open-source intelligence collection of publicly available information on Emerging and Disruptive Technology, biosafety, and biosecurity.
• Identify trends, protocols, and relationships that provide insight into worldwide biosafety and biosecurity topics.
• Identify publicly and commercially available data sources of biodefense related data for ingest into MARS.
• Consolidate findings into written reports.
• Collaborate with collectors from other intelligence disciplines and analysts.

Required:

• Current TS/SCI
• Current Polygraph or willingness to complete one
• Any OSINT Certification
• Experience conducting Open-Source Collection using SILO and/or Bluestone Dark Pursuit or other tools

Desired:

• Experience conducting OSINT supporting DIA
• DLPT 2/2 in Mandarin Chinese
• Min 8 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis with at least a portion of that experience in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in biology, epidemiology, public health or another medical related field.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $78,700 - $165,200
