You will handle technical support requests from customers and escalate as needed, maintaining user uptime and improving computing experiences through effective maintenance and issue resolution.
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years IT experience, strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, AD, DNS, DHCP, and experience with Service Now, MDM (Workspace One, JAMF), and VPN solutions.
