As a leader in systems engineering, we’re looking for you to solve complex challenges and shape the customer mission by leading the end‑to‑end modernization, integration, and sustainment of the Mission Planning System (MPS), including JMPS, JOMS, CMP microservices, and emerging cloud‑native mission‑planning capabilities. The role spans enterprise architecture, Dev Sec Ops , cybersecurity, data engineering, and integration across U.S. and FMS mission‑planning environments.

You Have- 10+ years of experience with systems engineering supporting complex, multi‑tiered systems such as Cloud, hybrid, or edge
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, integration efforts, or multi‑vendor technical activities
- Experience with mission‑planning systems, including JMPS, JOMS, or CMP microservices, or C2 or aviation systems
- Experience with Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD, automated testing, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code
- Experience with ATO or ACO processes, AOC systems, and JADC2‑aligned architectures
- Experience with FMS mission‑planning environments and MBSE, DoDAF, and enterprise‑architecture frameworks
