What you’ll be doing …As a Site Manager
, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard, safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations. You will lead on-site teams, oversee compliance, and work closely with stakeholders to maintain a well-run and productive environment.
Oversee all operational activities on-site, ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards
Lead, manage, and support on-site team to drive performance and engagement
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships
Ensure full compliance with health & safety, risk management, and company policies
Manage staff rotas, absences, and recruitment in line with operational requirements
Monitor and control tenant engagement calendar and activations
Conduct site inspections, audits, and reviews to maintain high standards
Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
Support mobilisation of new contracts or changes in site requirements where applicable
Resolve issues and respond to incidents or complaints in a timely and professional manner
What can you bring?Proven experience managing operations or teams in a site-based role
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
Knowledge of health & safety and site compliance requirements
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
A calm, professional attitude when working under pressure
Experience in facilities, hospitality, catering, or similar industries is desirable
