Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Client Services Technician

$14.00 per hour, determined by location, experience, education, and internal equity.

• Receive shipments of samples
• Unpack sample coolers
• Verify samples against customer paperwork
• Log samples into our system

• High‑school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills (preferred experience in customer service, shipping, or warehouse)
• Preferred laboratory or environmental testing experience (not required; training provided)
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting, stand for long periods, tolerate strong odors, and wear required PPE
