PositionClient Services Technician
Compensation$14.00 per hour, determined by location, experience, education, and internal equity.
Responsibilities- Receive shipments of samples
- Unpack sample coolers
- Verify samples against customer paperwork
- Log samples into our system
- High‑school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills (preferred experience in customer service, shipping, or warehouse)
- Preferred laboratory or environmental testing experience (not required; training provided)
- Ability to work in a lab or office setting, stand for long periods, tolerate strong odors, and wear required PPE
