Assembler - Copper Processing

Modine is a global company headquartered in Racine, Wisconsin (U.S.), with operations in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.

Operators will complete all stages of copper pipe processing. This will include handling of raw material using fork trucks, pallet jacks, and hand loading. Operators will be required to master all machinery used in copper pipe processing, including small and large diameter benders, tube cutters, tube punches, and t‑drill machines. Operators must pass all in‑house brazing courses and complete varying brazes throughout the workday.

Hours:

2nd Shift 3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 3rd Shift 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

Pay:
Starting rate is $24.23 per hour; after 9 months the pay rate increases to $26.23.

Shift differential: 2nd shift $1.00 per hour & 3rd shift $1.50 per hour

• Operate and maintain all copper pipe processing machinery.
• Handle raw materials using fork trucks, pallet jacks, and hand loading.
• Complete in‑house brazing courses and perform varying brazes.
