Salary and Shift
$23.05 hourly with bonus eligibility. +10% shift differential for overnight shift. Monday to Thursday, 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Role SummaryThe Packaging Line Operator (PLO) completes various tasks vital to the distribution packaging function. This entry‑level position requires flexibility, adaptability, and technological proficiency. The PLO operates can‑filling, keg‑filling, and packaging machinery while maintaining consistency, timeliness and high quality under close supervision.
Job Responsibilities- Work closely with the Packaging Supervisor, Warehouse Manager and team members to ensure smooth operation of packaging machinery and equipment.
- Operate high‑speed packaging equipment – kegging and canning.
- Perform daily start‑up and clean‑up procedures on all assigned packaging stations.
- Uphold a food‑safe environment through quality and sanitation.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel to troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Perform daily basic maintenance of machinery.
- Assist in production record management.
- Help achieve packaging/distribution short‑term and long‑term goals and metrics.
- Adhere to all safety precautions, rules and guidelines.
- Use a computer to access email, company communication platforms, SDS safety sheets, SOPs and other job‑related information.
- Stack and palletize finished product, preparing it for cold‑room storage.
- Access SDS safety sheets or protocols and interpret them into actions.
- Frequently walk, lift and carry objects weighing 32 lbs routinely during a shift.
- Maneuver 200‑lb kegs from filler to pallet as required.
- Use hand/eye coordination to manipulate cardboard boxes, packing tape and machinery.
- Multi‑task effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Production, manufacturing or mechanical experience strongly preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience in the food and/or beverage industry preferred.
- Knowledge and passion for craft beer.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- General knowledge of occupational hazards and necessary safety precautions associated with the work.
- Ability to interpret technical bulletins and schematics related to equipment.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to distinguish color for safety signs.
