Devils Backbone Brewing Company in Lexington, VA is seeking a Brewer to operate our 120-barrel automated brewing systems, including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, hopping, and wort cooling. The role covers pre- and post-cleaning, sanitation, yeasts, and cellar tasks with 5 eight-hour shifts weekly.
The Brewer will maintain safety, assist with maintenance, and contribute to production goals in a team-oriented environment, with growth opportunities and a structured development plan.
