Position: Brewer I

As a Brewer I at Anheuser-Busch, you'll support daily brewing operations in a high-volume, automated manufacturing environment. You will execute brewing recipes, monitor process parameters, and operate, clean, and sanitize kettles, tanks, and filtration equipment to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards. Working closely with quality, maintenance, and packaging teams, you'll collect and record data, perform basic troubleshooting, and follow SOPs, GMPs, and CIP procedures.

You'll contribute to continuous improvement, uphold a strong safety culture, and learn advanced brewing and process control skills in a fast-paced, team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Execute brewing recipes and monitor critical process parameters to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Operate, clean, and sanitize brewhouse, cellar, and filtration equipment following SOPs and safety rules
  • Collect, record, and interpret production and quality data to ensure consistency and traceability
  • Perform basic equipment checks and troubleshooting, escalating mechanical issues to maintenance
  • Follow GMP, CIP, and food safety procedures to maintain a sanitary brewing environment
  • Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and packaging teams to resolve process issues
  • Adhere to company safety policies, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, efficiency, and waste reduction
  • Assist with raw material handling, inventory checks, and accurate documentation
  • Participate in training to build technical brewing, automation, and problem-solving skills
