We’re seeking a Registered Nurse leader to serve as Director of Nursing with purpose and a clear vision to cultivate our culture of excellence. This position demands hands‑on leadership where you'll work directly alongside our team rather than managing from behind a desk. The right candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment that requires resilience, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to our mission.

• A BSN is preferred from an accredited nursing institute.
• Must have a current RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Must be an independent thinker and have sound judgment skills.
• Must have previous administrative and management skills in LTC.
• Ability to effectively manage a nursing staff, maintain positive employee relations, and act as a liaison between the administrator and the nursing staff.
