What You Will Do
- Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Assist with meals and ensure residents are comfortable and supported
- Ambulate, reposition, and transfer residents safely
- Respond promptly to call bells and resident needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Accurately document care, including vital signs, weights, and intake
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families
- Follow infection control procedures and safety standards
- Complete assigned duties and support a positive team environment
- Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program
- Scheduled date to take the CNA certification exam or currently certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and occasional additional hours as needed
- Above-industry standard staff-to-resident ratios
