What You Will Do
  • Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Assist with meals and ensure residents are comfortable and supported
  • Ambulate, reposition, and transfer residents safely
  • Respond promptly to call bells and resident needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Accurately document care, including vital signs, weights, and intake
  • Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families
  • Follow infection control procedures and safety standards
  • Complete assigned duties and support a positive team environment
What You Bring
  • Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program
  • Scheduled date to take the CNA certification exam or currently certified
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities

  • Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and occasional additional hours as needed

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift
  • Must be able to assist in transferring residents weighing between 50 to 250 pounds
Licenses and Certifications
  • Certification required upon hire within 120 days
