• Oversee and maintain the infection control program for residents
• Collaborate with care teams to promote best practices in infection prevention
• Monitor infection surveillance, outbreaks, and reporting in accordance with policy
• Educate staff on infection control measures and compliance

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
• Experience in infection control and long-term care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
