RN Director of Nursing

Qualifications:

A BSN is preferred from an accredited nursing institute.

Must have a current RN license in the state of Virginia Must be an independent thinker and have sound judgment skills

Must have previous administrative and management skills in LTCAbility to effectively manage a nursing staff, maintain positive employee relations, and act as a liaison between the administrator and the nursing staff
