100 Spotswood Dr, Lexington, VA. Position:
Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) – General Surgery. This role will assist two surgeons and operate an independent clinic Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00.

• Assist surgeons in clinical care.
• Operate an independent clinic.
• Manage patient flow Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LNP) with active DEA license and RN licensure.
• Hold AHA BLS‑HCP certification (required);
  Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
• Eligibility for prescriptive authority in accordance with state regulations.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and other health‑care providers.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in electronic medical records and automated computer systems.
