The Nurse Clinical Ambulatory provides disease‑specific patient care to patients with serious acute and/or chronic health events or who are seeking health care to maintain wellness. Responsibilities include skilled assessments, care plans and implementation, patient education, clinical evaluation or interventions. The role requires working with medical professionals in a busy ambulatory setting with a patient‑centered focus on quality, safety, and service.

• Perform skilled assessments and implement care plans
• Provide patient education and conduct clinical evaluations
• Participate in team‑based care in a busy ambulatory setting
• Maintain knowledge of enterprise, nursing, departmental policies, protocols, and procedures

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ADN
• No prior experience required

• BSN or ADN

• Basic computer knowledge: MS Windows, Word, Outlook

• Handle average‑weight objects up to 25 lbs; stand, walk, and sit for long periods
• Days shift
