Baptist Health Lexington is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Stroke and Neurology Telemetry unit (3F). The role focuses on coordinating and delivering direct patient care with emphasis on evidence-based practices and compassionate service in a 24-bed telemetry setting.
The RN will perform nursing rounds, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
