SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

" Shift hours/Contract Length: 3x12s, 645p-715a

" Charting: EPIC experience required

" Weekend Requirement:
May be EOW or 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week scheduling block

" RTO/Block & Special Scheduling Requests: ALL requests must be included with the submission

" Call off Policy:
Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2-weeks.

" Holiday Requirement:
Must work one holiday per contract.

" Accept First-Time Travelers:
Yes

" Locals Accepted? Yes. Refer to Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria.

" Pending License Accepted:
Yes, only if the candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state. Otherwise, submission must include an active Virginia State or Compact RN/LPN license.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

" BLS; ACLS

REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS

" Cardiac/hemodynamic monitoring, Arterial line management, Care of ventilated patient, titrate Cardiac and Vasoactive drips

UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING
=========================
" Small community hospital, lower acuity

" May be required to float to Med Surg

" Traveler may be required to float to other Carilion locations. Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital and Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital. Mileage will be reimbursed.
---Floating unlikely, but traveler will be expected to be flexible if asked to float to other facilities
--Traveler could be floated to another location with notice (same day), but not floated mid-shift.
