HVAC Apprentice Install Tech

Green Box Home Services is hiring a full‑time Apprentice HVAC Installer to serve residential and light commercial customers in Lexington and surrounding counties.

• Fully install HVAC systems from rough to final with assistance from senior installers.
• Inspect each aspect of an installation before leaving to prevent callbacks.
• Inspect system after each installation to ensure proper function.
• Maintain a paperless environment – tablet/smartphone proficiency preferred.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well‑inventoried truck.
• Provide customer service and learn from senior professionals to develop trade skills.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong customer service, soft skills, and a focus on building value.
