• Typical work week: 40-50 hours
• Limited on-call rotation
• No regularly scheduled Sunday work
• Saturday work is rare and generally reserved for emergency situations
• Leadership actively works to minimize after-hours service calls

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Commission and start up newly installed equipment
• Lead service calls and complex troubleshooting projects
• Support installation teams and mentor less experienced technicians
• Maintain accurate service documentation and customer communication
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and team members

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Experience with residential HVAC service and repair
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• EPA Certification preferred
• Experience with geothermal, controls, and IAQ systems is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation is based on experience, certifications, and overall qualifications.

Hourly compensation options are also available for candidates who prefer an hourly structure.
