CDL-A Drivers $1400-$2000+/WK Home Weekly Bring Rider & Pet (Full Time)

Class A drivers with at least one year of verifiable Class A experience in the last three years are invited to apply for this dedicated account. Deliveries are 100% touch – freight is preloaded and the trailer is hook‑and‑go, ensuring drivers are home weekly in PA, VA, NJ, MD, WV, Eastern OH, and Northern NC.

• Pick up preloaded loads at the distribution center just outside Front Royal and hook the trailer to the tractor.
• Unload 2–4 stops per trailer, placing boxes weighing 1–35 lbs onto a conveyor belt for store personnel; no inventory or merchandising required.
• Follow the 34‑hour idle time reset schedule, remaining on a load when at home until the next load is started.
• Complete daily duties while traveling to the next delivery, ensuring on‑time performance.

New drivers undergo 2‑day orientation in Dayton. Company covers transportation, hotel, meals, and pays $85 per day. Full paid training lasts 3–5 days, during which drivers can either double‑bunk with the trainer or operate their own truck. Training is paid at the daily rate of $215.

Daily salary of $215 plus $300 for every trailer unloaded, resulting in an average weekly pay of $1,400–$2,000. Full benefits begin after 60 days of employment. Drivers may bring a rider and a pet after completion of training.

• Class A CDL with one year of verifiable experience within the last three years.
• Failure or refusal to pass a urine drug test, even if previously cleared by S.A.P., is not permitted.
• Must be willing to accept the orientation and training schedule outlined above.
• Ability to park the tractor and trailer while taking the truck home.
